（二）About Product Qualification
We have patents ,CE, CB, RoHS, ETL, CARB, ISO 9001 and BSCI Certificates of our products.
（三）About Production
1. The production department adjusts the production plan when receive the assigned production order at the first time.
2. The material handler goes to the warehouse to get the materials.
3. Prepare the corresponding work tools.
4. After all the materials are ready, production workshop personnel starts producing.
5. The quality control personnel will do quality inspection after the final product is produced, and the packaging will start if passing the inspection.
6. After packaging, the product will enter the finished product warehouse.
For samples, the delivery time is within two working weeks. For mass production, the delivery time is one working month after receiving the deposit. The delivery time will be effective after ① we receive your deposit, and ② we obtain your final approval for your product. In all cases, we will try our best to meet your needs.
Yes, for the customized products, the MOQ is 500 pcs for bulk. The number of sample is ≤ 20 pcs.
Our factory covers a total area of 1500m² with an annual production capacity of 1.2 million units.
We have our own production base, have sufficient guarantee in the delivery ability, quality control and fully automated production process.

（五）About Procurement
The clients confirm the related requirements, such as the functions and the regional market of the application and other details.The clients buy the sample for test, after we receive the payment, we will deliver the sample to the clients. After the test of sample is ok, the client can order the device in bluk.
（六）About Logistics
Normally is by ship, sometime is by air.
Yes, we always use high-quality packaging for shipping. Specialized packaging and non-standard packaging requirements may incur additional costs.
The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the quickest but also most expensive way. By sea freight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way.

Our prices are subject to change depending on supply and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list after you inquiried.
The warranty is 1 year since the products has left the factory normally .
